Can U Phil it! oohh man ..it's like am drowning in music..you ever had one of those days when you just sit and pull up your favorite playlist and zone OUT! lol ..this is ME mostly everyday it calms the soul...so besides that I've been productive ..veryy verry bussyy ..buzz buzz..lol. now that I have this seven day weekend I don't know what to do! hmmm VALENTINES day is tomorrow ..hmm .. I deff just might go 2 the city in the morning shop with the girls, do a movie and get eats ..I really want to get my hands on the free Yves Saint Laurent tote and heart shaped USB Key.UGH! what really kinda sucks about this is that they won't disclose the location to where there giving them. smh..I will still be there looking out no matter what.. keeping real cool for this one. partying on sunday? I D K. its really all up in the air. I most likely do bunch with my mommy and go see my sweeties(nieces and nephews) .yeahh that seems IT!

Thank GOD its THUSRDAY! lol! yes I have a FIVE day weekend ..isn't that lovely...yeah I know lol ...ummm it was an OK week..the highlight of my week was I AM AFRICAN program it was absolutely genius ..way 2 go 2 L.A.W.S. , NAACP, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated you guys did a great job. I can not wait till C.W. post debate team kicks off in full gear.. I am just anticipating GREATNESS. Now alls left to wonder is whats my plans for this evening.. I got a couple of suggestions for some fetes n tings but Idk! soo random.. my cousin just called me...eckks SUPER stoked ..I haven't spoke to her in sooo longg its outragious..lol but back on track.. I am trying to stay up with my spiritual life and my working out..but the distractions are endless ..you know? ughhh! I just need to stay focus and wise if I am to be successful this semester..

&& I didn't forget about my feature for black history month ...I decided on MISS Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama . To me she is such an inspiration , an innovator , and overall graceful soul.

Uhh this F'd up weather.. killing my joy MUCH!

& I can not stress enough how much I HATE snow... its disgustingg BLAH! not your usual happy camper.. walking to class in this weather is like hell on earth.. thankfully I was done at 2pm. only 2 return from classes to hear evening classes were CANCELLED ..PISH POSH I say..then you have the "lovely" dormitory neighbors making HELLA noise when you trying to catch some shut eye.. I didnt even bother myself to sleep ..it would've only lead to more disappointment.. smh.. I wish it was in my character sometimes to go to their doors , grab them by the ears and scream HEY SHUT THE (BLEEP) UP!.. so I lay in bed tired.. dreary and ANNOYED! hopefully with the following days it holds some promise. I really am starting to miss the comfort of my home in BROOKLYN! E.N.Y to be exact. I mean my mom has her moments of pushing me over the edge but I grew to understand its her DRIVE for me to be BEST and not play second to no one. and just when I thought I would have a sentimental moment my NEIGHBORS interrupt my thoughts with high pitch screaming..all the more reason to bring myself back home and just commute to school. hopefully after this little episode that am going through subsides I can continue with the agenda I had for today :(

to be honest I didn't watch the game..I just saw all the highlights...but I knew all ..the moment they won because of all the commotion C.W. POST made ..ughhh talk about craziness the hall was NUTS!.. lol but it was in all good fun!...but my biggest and greatest pleasure was to see Miss Jennifer Hudson sing the national anthem! she absolutely killed it! Thanks again Antonia! she's up there with the performances of whitney and beyonce..

Black History Month...Honor the beauty of our race!

A great month indeed ..February! ..honestly you should honor those who paved the way for you and I every month ...but hey ..anywho I'd like to at least every day of the month have a spotlight on someone influential in my life and in society today! ..and if it hasn't dawned you yet we have our FIRST AFRICAN AMERICAN PRESIDENT ..Barack Hussein Obama! just in time for this historic month ..our ancestors are rejoicing..

Some random thoughts!

Trying to figure out if another tattoo or piercing is REALLY what I need? I mean I'am not ink crazy or nothing but am very much into different cultures and languages ..if you ever seen my aways via aim there either in Italian, French, or something else. still I haven't mustered the energy to actually get another..maybe the man ABOVE ..is telling me something.. I mean I asked a couple of friends ..some are for it ..some however say ENOUGH! .. at the end of the day it's MY decision and I wanna make the right one.. ooohh how could I forget the piercing ..this is NOT debatable.. its a surface piercing .I know sounds crazy but its cool ..real real fresh .. my inspiration who I will not disclose , hers is awesome.. and by the way a fit girl..u know who you are.. but seriously WHAT 2 DO?

Here's some ideas that came to my head..

the first two are in sanskrit _An ancient Indic language that is the language of Hinduism and the Vedas and is the classical literary language of India.
I know ..it my seem "overdoing it" but I do my research and educate myself before I do something drastic! tattoos to me must have meaning!

the last but not least is in hebrew.. I would love to travel to israel and learn about their rich culture and go on a spirtual quest .

Ummm it's a START!
